After establishing the initial plan, a physical drawing will be made of your custom home. You'll then have the opportunity to discuss any changes that need to be made before the plan is finalized. Our professional and trained estimators will help you with pricing your home out according to plan.

Selecting your design is an important element when building your custom home. Our unique approach to customer service includes providing the confidence and assistance required to make designing your custom home enjoyable.

Estimates include allowances for items such as flooring (carpeting), lighting, plumbing fixtures, etc. The actual amount of the allowances is determined by the overall home itself.

Changes that are made during the building process can create a surplus in the allowances. Should you choose to use your own contractor for certain features such as flooring, it's possible to allow for a material and labor allowance. We'll help you during your initial consultations to set these allowances for particular areas of your home and where you want to create a unique personal touch.
